The independent research agency,
GfK NOP, is currently conducting another survey to establish the
level of confidence stakeholder organisations have in our
enforcement regime. The first such survey was undertaken in
October 2004.We need to measure whether we are successful in
these activities by looking at the level of confidence now,
against the base line established in 2004.
This is where we need your help. We will publish the overall

contacting certain insolvent’s creditors by telephone to find
out their views on the service we provide to creditors. Given
the total number of creditors with whom we deal each year their
views are under represented in our User Satisfaction Index.

- Interest Rate Rise for Insolvency Services
Account (ISA)
The interest payable on funds held in the Insolvency Services
Account (ISA) will rise from 4.75 per cent to 5 per cent for the
benefit of creditors
on the 1st August 2005.
